New tool • Sheet Scorer Put a score on every row of your spreadsheetGot 300 support tickets, 500 leads or 2,000 reviews and no time to read them all? Upload the file, say what good looks like, and Sheet Scorer sends it back with a score and a short reason beside every row. CSV or Excel in. The same file out, with new columns. You choose the scale: Low/Medium/High, Yes/No, 1 to 5, 0 to 10, or your own labels.

When would you use it?
Sales: which leads do I call first? 500 leads from a webinar. Score each Low, Medium or High, sort by High, and start there. |
Support: what is on fire? 300 tickets in the queue. Flag Urgent vs Routine so the outage gets answered before the logo request. |
Reviews and surveys: what are people saying? 2,000 product reviews or survey comments, each marked Positive, Neutral or Negative with the reason beside it. |
Customer success: who might leave? Score accounts for churn risk from your notes, or roll hundreds of comments up into one verdict per customer. |
Hiring and data checks Rate CVs 1 to 5 against your job description, or flag rows that look like spam or junk. You still make the call. |
Fourteen ready-made recipes cover these, or you can write your own rubric in plain English. |
How it works1. Upload your CSV or Excel file and choose the columns the AI should read. 2. Pick a recipe or describe what a high and a low score look like. Three modes: score every row, score each group (one verdict per sales area or customer), or score rows then roll up. 3. Test on a few rows first. It does not use your monthly allowance, so you can sharpen the wording before the full run. 4. Run it and download the scored file as CSV or Excel. |
What you get on each plan
| Free |
150 rows a month, up to 100 rows per file |
| Basic |
10,000 rows a month, up to 2,500 rows per file |
| Pro |
60,000 rows a month, up to 20,000 rows per file |
Rows that fail to score are not counted against your allowance. It is an AI first pass for sorting and prioritising, so check the rows that matter. Your file is not used to train models, and it is deleted automatically after a few days (longer on paid plans) or the moment you delete it. |
Try it on a file you already haveGrab a spreadsheet you have been meaning to sort through and give 20 rows a go. If the scores do not match your own judgement, tweak the wording and test again.
